Horrible experience. This dealer is exactly why people hate buying cars. We made the deal for a used ford fusion for my son we agreed on price in writing vis email. When we got there they added another $250 for bogus scratch and interior warrantee that I didn't want and was told every one had to buy this warrantee. They then refused to sell me the car without the warrantee and as I need a car had no choice. I was told car had two keys which I didn't. they agreed to splitting the cost of the 2nd key with me $400, $200 to me and two weeks later they can't tell me if the key has even been ordered or when it will arrive. they charge $400 for paperwork fees which include registering the card for us and again 2+ week slater no registration no calls back from sales person or manager and now on e can tell me if my car is registered. When I spoke to the sales manager he was a total jerk and stated I gave you good price on your trade (2k below KBB trade value by the way) so another $250 shouldn't be big deal. Do not do business with this dealer. you will regret it. More
I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla. The sales man was very polite and knowledgeable. Bruce Coppola took the extra time to answer all of our questions and followed up with all paperwork. Katie-Lyn is amazing. She helps out at the dealership, I don't know why she does not sell cars. She treats people like royalty and goes out of her way in anyway she can. Most GM's don't even take the time to speak with you. Everyone at this dealership cares for their customers and offers TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sales rep Tavares was also great as usual. I can't say enough about Greico Toyota or the staff there. This is my 2nd car purchase and I referred my sister and she also had a great experience. It is funny when all other dealerships have no customers, they had 8 or more. That really tells you something about the staff! THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE, YOU SHOULD TRAIN OTHER DEALERSHIPS ON HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! More
I called in about an ad online for a used Prius which had no price listed. When I asked the sales guy on the phone about the price, he said "we leave the price open to give our customers more leverage in neg no price listed. When I gave him my max offer, he says, "I asked my sales manager and that's a very reasonable price, and since it's a discount week we can give you an even more aggressive offer." I told him if that's the case, I'll take time off from work and make a 120 mile round trip to the dealer for an appointment. He assurred me that they'll give me a better price than what I'm looking for. -When I get the dealer, a new sales person tells me that the price of the car was over $3,000 more than the price I'm looking for and that he had "no idea" why they told me otherwise. -The dealer tells me that their call center has "nothing to do with us" because they're a contractor in another state. More BS. Your contractor represents you and you can't use them to deflect responsibility from sleezy sales tactics. -I call into the call center to have the same person explain to me why he lied. I drove 120 miles and took time off from work based on his assurance. The guy on the phone told me sales person's name, Vinny, and that he could transfer me to him, but then knowing I was upset transferred me to a manager instead. The female manager says "there's no Vinny here and we don't have access to who you spoke to". All they do is lie here. It's their job. -The same sales person I initially spoke to on the phone said the car was red. When I got to the dealer, the car was blue. Turns out he told me the car was red, because their only photo of the car had a red tarp covering it, and he thought that meant the car underneath was red too, or he just said whatever he had to say to get me to make the appointment before I hung up. I was disgusted by the way this dealer does business, I've never been lied to so much before. They'll tell you any BS just to get you into the store, even if it makes you take time off from work and waste most of a day driving over 100 miles to get there. Then they'll deflect responsibility by saying their call center has nothing to do with them, and the call center will protect their lying employees by lying some more. If you're looking for an honest dealership that does business the right way, avoid this place. More
Best customer service I've had in a long time! Dashboard lights came on and car was acting funny on a trip from Boston to CT. I looked up closet Toyota dealership and it was Griego Toyota. Brought the car in on a Saturday, out of the blue, praying they could diagnose and fix it. It was ten o'clock in the morning and they said if they could fit us in, figure out what the issue was, have the parts for my 2007 car, he could not promise when it would be ready. To throw a wrench in the works, we had our two dogs with us! Paul Dasilva was so sympathetic to our situation he even offered us a loaner car for the day. With the two dogs, who are shedding, I wouldn't do that to anybodies car. Another employee, Ron, told us where the closest dog park was, gave us directions, so we started walking. Within an hour someone called, told us what was going on with the car and said it would be ready around 3:00. At 1:30, we got another call saying the car was ready for pick up. These guys went above and beyond helping customers they had no relationship with and had nothing to gain from us since we were not from the area. If we did live in the area, we would be purchasing all our vehicles from this dealership! We could have not received better customer service and probably won't ever again. Thank you Paul Dasilva and Ron. Once we got our car back, we continued on our journey to CT. and our car felt great!!! More
