This is the second lease that we have had with Fox Toyota. Both times we have had a different point of contact for any questions. This time the pleasure belongs to a young land named Norma. Norma has always been responsive and attentive to any issues (very few) that we've had. She does keep the communication flowing and makes us feel valued. She is a major reason for the ratings given.
