Just purchased a new Tacoma from Grieco Toyota I recently purchased a new Tacoma at this dealership and overall experience has been very good. Been to all the other Toyota dealerships in RI before I recently purchased a new Tacoma at this dealership and overall experience has been very good. Been to all the other Toyota dealerships in RI before going to Grieco and they were horrible, from arrogant sales people to dishonest managers that didn't have the courtesy to return a phone call. At Grieco the sales person was Bill Tavares.. Bill was patient and not pushy, called me back the next day to ask if I had any questions and we pretty much settled on a price over the phone, easy no nonsense. Awful customer service Came here to buy used Toyota Camry with my own financing. Called beforehand to ask if I can do that and had a positive response. After I came in, I had to argue with manager and salespersons for half an hour who were pushing me to take their financing or leave a deposit. The more I denied to take it, the more rude they have become. Kept telling me lies about everything in order to make sign the sales agreement and leave a deposit. Unfortunately had to leave without a good car due to impolite and rude people, who only care about money they gonna make. More
