The service manager was quick to reach out to me and worked with me to make things right. I've had no issues with them in the past and mistakes were on both sides so I can look past it and I'll go back. I'll just make sure to ask more questions next time. More

There is a reason that I come back to this dealership and refer all my friends who are interested in Toyota cars. The honesty and politeness of the dealership employees are incredible. Deals posted on the website are not scam ads, unlike many dealers. They will make sure that you get the best value. Not to mention that you don't need to wait for hours with agents going back and forth between their manager and giving you BS. Special thanks to Scott and Eddy. Keep up the good work. Eddie Laureano was my salesman he was excellent, he listen to what I needed and got me exactly what i wanted never pressured me into anything. Everything went great with the finance got me great monthly payments and 3 years free maintenance. My overall experience with Grieco has always been wonderful this is my 2nd car and I'll will continue to do my business there. More
Worst dealership This is the worst dealership I've ever gone to. The sales person was rude and had a ton of attitude. I went to buy a car in cash and the guy was tryin This is the worst dealership I've ever gone to. The sales person was rude and had a ton of attitude. I went to buy a car in cash and the guy was trying to get me to go into debt to "do [him] a solid"! He rushed me around, talked me like I was dumb, and then would make me wait like 30 min to go do whatever in the back. Then, he told me the MSRP was the invoice price and that I needed to pay $4K more than the MSRP for a Camry (it was even above the price that was on the car window and he basically told me "I couldn't afford it"). I'm not blind, and I'm not stupid. I did my research, and I was very polite. The guy kept rolling his eyes. Worst experience ever. He should be fired immediately. More

I was looking to turn my toyota lease in 2 years early however, I was in a tight bind due to being over the mileage and having so many payments due. I had an unrealistic price in mind however, Brian broke the numbers down perfectly for me and we were able to come to an agreement. It took a lot of negotionation, but Brian was willing to work with me and not once did I get the sense he was trying to lowball me and/or was getting agitated. I could’ve continued looking for a lower price at a different dealership, however because of the service Brian provided, I left with my new 2018 lease on the same night since it was a lease to lease. On the day I leased the new Toyota, I had visited Boch Toyota in Attleboro as well as Prime Toyota in Westwood. None of the other dealerships gave me an explaination on the numbers. They would provide a number and circle it but NEVER broke the numbers down. At the end of any deal, a sale is all about educating the consumer and ensuring they understand what they are getting themselves into. Greico is the perfect example of a dealership who educates their consumers. There was a little mishap months after the deal; however, Paul, the store owner, promptly solved the issue. Trade in issues Traded in my truck for a 4runner signed all the paperwork got my plates. Month later they are billing me for more sales tax as they made a mistake. Just added another 1344.50. Guess a signed contract means nothing to them. I would not have purchased the truck thru them for the added money. Just a shadey/sleazy way of making a sale. Sent paperwork to AG's office to pursue this issue. More

I am one of those people that tries to see the good side of everything but I am finding it really hard to with this dealership and it continues with this place. Please read this before you spend your money here because they do not car after the sale. My strut went on the right side of the car. No fault of the dealership I hit a pothole so I called to set up service. In my previous review I had to argue for two new tires based on the fact mine were bad when I purchased the car. After three weeks customer care helped me with the tires. Funny story when I got to the dealership I was told when I bought the car there was a warranty placed on tires... wipers etc so now I really do not understand why what happened with the tires happened. Guess what if it was not for Carmella in customer service I would still have not heard from the GM. When I purchased the car I was handed an invoice telling me the brakes were fully replaced. There is a grinding coming from them every day until the car drives for a few stops. The rotors put in the car are covered in rust. They reviewed at the dealership and told me the brakes needed to be 100% replaced. When I told the person I was working with that was done before I left with the car a month ago they were stunned and did not know what to say but needed to call me back. When I got the call back it now did not need brakes brakes should drive it and if it continues call them. It is going to continue. That's why I brought it in. Now the second thing. The hinges on the drivers side front and rear are covered in rust. I saw it and they greased it. Now I was told the rear hinge needed to be replaced and I need to pay $240 plus for the service. I can't begin to tell you what this has been like to deal with. a month and a half old car. Hinges, brakes and tire issues. More

The told him not to worry he was already approved he left a deposit on 1/15/2019. they cashed the check on 1/16/2019. five days later they called him and said he would need more money down. He said he couldnt do that. He asked to please have his deposit refunded and as of today 1/25/2019 still nothing. He keeps getting the run around as to why its not ready.. Very bad business More
