He understood the financing as well, but appropriately deferred to the finance people. Most importantly, he was trustworthy, warm, and extremely informative without being the least bit pushy. He requested and read well my agenda and responded consistently with professional, and personal (where fitting) sharing that left me feeling very confident in working with this dealership. Frankly, I had another option on the table elsewhere and turned it down to go with Reda and Gregory Hyundai. The owner, Greg, even did follow up calling to make sure I had been treated well by all his staff and was satisfied with my choice. I'm 62 years old and have bought many cars over the years. This was truly my best experience doing so, and kudos go first to Reda, and secondly to the way Greg has made his dealership a user-friendly place.
