I am avery long time LOYAL costomer of this Dealership. For many yerars all of our cars was purchest at this Dealership.Going back when Michael was the office Manager. Things have changed a few weeks ago, unfortunetly. In my car engine had to be replaced (oil consumtion issue). And after a few month the engine started to shaking very badly. I puld over on H-way 41. Let it rest stared and it was working fine. It was a big consern for me. So i stop at the Dealership Service Department, and in general i was always working with Kandice. Left the car, which was picked up at the end of the day. She said that probobly when they were working on the engine replacement they din"t fill up the transmission oil. It was taken caere of it now? Some time passed by,and the problem started again. So i vent back to the sevice Depatment to Kandice. (Simple reason Loyalty). They have told me that she is on lunch, and should be back shortly. So i said that i can wait. Alredy around three hours pased by. I went to the departmen, from waiting room. And i was told that she is gone for the day. Next day i was told to bring the car in. So they can started in the mornning, and see if it will be shaking during the start. it did not shake. So Make this story short, As soon she see me, run out, and sudenly returtned and started to accusing me, in some kind off none sense! and telling me that she is removing herself from serving me from that point on! So sadenly Mr. P. King came in and kind of put a end to It. remove the diagnostic charges which they were tryin to charge me! He also have told me that there be some kind of disciplinary action taken against her. I have no idea what? She is still there. Sorry for this detailed explonation, but the facts are facts. When I reached there I got warm welcome by Brian then he called the manager who also gave us warm hospitality. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. They have so much patience to explain all the features on the SUV . Cathy who sits at the front is very pleasant too . Great service.
