Confusion on their part as to whether I should be at the "Hyundai" dealer where I bought my 2015 Hyundai Genesis in June, 2014 and had the appointment, or the "Genesis" dealer a few miles north that came along around 2017 when the Hyundai Genesis was spun off as its own Genesis brand. If it had been a warm day, I would have waited outside to avoid the music. More
Left sad without one request taken care of and no paperwork for service to be preform at later time. I guess I feel through cracks and called on phone to no avail. paperwork for service to be preform at later time. I guess I feel through cracks and called on phone to no avail. More

Felix was friendly and professional throughout the process. However, our purchase was fairly straightforward — I was looking for a used car for my son, and they had one we'd found online at a good pri process. However, our purchase was fairly straightforward — I was looking for a used car for my son, and they had one we'd found online at a good price. That said, I was disappointed by the additional fees. The documentation fee was explained away as something "all dealers charge," and then there was an Ikon Connect device on the vehicle. I asked twice about having it removed or waiving the charge, but was told that all their cars come with it and that even a salesperson buying from their own dealership would have to pay for it. Between the doc fee and the Ikon device, roughly $1,000 was added to the cost — a significant amount on a used car. What bothers me most is that my requests were dismissed without ever being escalated to a manager. I was already hours into the process and admittedly not in the best headspace to push back further, so I let it go. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t. The experience has left me with some buyer's remorse. Despite having a Hyundai EV on my radar later this year, I won’t be returning to this dealership. A little more willingness to work with me on a reasonable request could have made all the difference. More
