When i take my car to greenway kia,I'm told to go to city kia, I've been misled thinking my car is stolen, when it was with greenway the whole time. My car is not being repaired properly. I thought with an oil change I got coolant added and air in my tires .. I was told that they do not add coolant ,I have to buy it and add my own .. my first oil change there I got a car wash , oil change , in my tires .. Appointment was sceduled for 9:30 AM, did not get in till 11:00. I brought car in for Recall on Trunk Latch, Latch not on Stock, I should have been informed at time of Scheduling Appointment could have postp 11:00.
