Customer service is actually pretty bad here. I only went here because I thought the service was covered, since I bought my car from the same dealership. At the service department there service advisor served very overwhelmed and frustrated at everyone, including his fellow workers and me. At the sales department, everyone seemed to act like they were very busy. One of the agents literally left in the middle of a conversation and didn't even bother to come back to see if he had answered my questions. More
