I came in on a Saturday night, knew what I was looking for and my price. Got to see the car, talked with Jeremy. He brought me a quote including my trade in, we talked about my price and were able to re for and my price. Got to see the car, talked with Jeremy. It took 6 days to get my money ready to buy in cash. 6 days they had my van and did no cleaning at all. As a momma of 2 small children I do not have time to clean my car! I was told they would clean it after I bought it- they failed. “It isn’t what you say, It’s how you made them feel.” When I went to buy my vehicle, they had a days notice of when I would be there, it was a disaster. I came in as a cash deal, I know I am probably the minority, I was told I had to finance or use a cashiers check for at least $5,000. That is the whole point of cash- no financing! It took 3x the amount of time to get this figured out as I had to call my bank and get it wired- costing me $35! Anyways it got done, then I saw the car was not cleaned- ugh. I believe they are busy and it falls on the sales person to get the vehicle ready. I voiced that it had not been touched and Jeremy attempted to clean it while I was loading it and did offer a full detail at my convenience. I am happy with my vehicle but the experience could have been smoother. More

Mr. Tony gives excellent customer service. I have no worries when I am assigned to him. He Keeps you updated as to the status of your vehicle.
