Absolutely dissatisfied and frustrated with my experience. I was knowingly charged for services NOT performed during my 16k miles maintenance package appointment. Not only did I wait almost 3 hour experience. I was knowingly charged for services NOT performed during my 16k miles maintenance package appointment. Not only did I wait almost 3 hours after my scheduled 9:30am appointment before I noticed my vehicle was not even brought into the service bay, but when I brought it to the employees attention they explained they were "behind, actually we're VERY behind" but will move my paperwork to the front. My car was brought into the service bay for MAYBE 25 minutes, where several services should have been performed including an oil/filter change, air conditioner filter change, tire rotation w/air adjust, tread inspection and more. I was texted shortly after that my vehicle was ready and my paperwork was at the cashier. At this point, it was almost 2pm and I had to pickup my children from school. I paid $243 and left. As I'm driving home I notice all my tires are at 31, and 32 psi, so no air was put into them... red flag number one. I also looked at my front passenger tire which previously had a distinct mark on it, and found that it was still there... in the same position. So, strike one my tire rotation wasn't completed. I texted the service employee asking her to confirm this service was completed, and she immediately responded that she's sorry and that I can bring my car in sometime that week to get my tires rotated. Huh?! So you charged me, knowing it wasn't done?! Going through my invoice further proved they padded the charges, adding services not included in that package and leaving out others that were. I called several times and waited 5 days for a manager to call me, however I never received a call or follow up. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with how things were handled. They let me pay and leave KNOWING they did not perform those services. To this day one week later no one has reached out regarding a refund. More

Awful. The sales person stole my $1000 down-payment from me after I told him the next day I did not want the car anymore. If I could put zero stars I would because this is not fair and not right.Just warning people about the unethical treatment I received. Dont buy! More
I was told it would be 2 and 1/2 hours for the work I needed done. I had an appointment for 8am. Finally someone came out at 1:15pm. That’s over 5 hours! While the service employee kept me updated on my vehicle, it took 3 hours to complete my service request when I was told 1-1.5 hours.
