The customer lounge is way too small. not enough seating. All of the chairs were taken. I sat at a round table on the sales room floor, as did several other customers. Did not make me feel as though I was a valued customer but rather an inconvenient afterthought. I asked a nice young lady if I could share the table with her and she said sure. She was constantly having employees stop by to chat with her and ask her if they can get her anything and also had she heard from her service advisor.. Meanwhile myself being a 69-year-old male, I sat there in silence the only person who approached me was my service advisor giving me an update.. Other than that I was completely ignored. Another issue was the large amount of sales staff that was just milling around. They were loudly talking about lunch, the upcoming weekend, etc. What made this more of an issue was that several times my chair was bumped into by their coming and going without so much as an apology.
