It was overall a good experience, but one thing caused some negative feelings. The second set of keys was not provided at delivery, but we were promised it would be handled. We did not expect it would take 3 months to get it handled. We called numerous times and were promised it would be taken care of - and repeatedly it was not handled. No excuse for that.
