My EV6 had a recall and 30K milestone service. I booked my reservation via Kia Access app, got an email and SMS confirmation, yet the dealership said they had no reservation for me. Thankfully they did add me to their schedule for an ICCU recall, tire alignment and coolant service. I reminded them I'm really low with my charge(14%) and thought they will use their Level 3 charger to test the ICCU and eventually charge it. They didn't charge my car even a single % and returned it back at 12%. They even have a level 2 charger at dealership but kept saying it's being used by Sales to charge a new EV6. So it seems they give more importance to a possible future customer then an existing customer. Finally, I got my car with just 26miles left, paid $443 for the service and without any feedback on how the recall service went and if there is any thing I should take care of. This is second time I had such a weak customer service at this dealership and probably not going there for any future services. More
