I was not immediately greeted upon entering. Stood around for 5 minutes until someone asked if I was being helped. When I dropped off the car I mentioned an issue with charging and how it sho Stood around for 5 minutes until someone asked if I was being helped. When I dropped off the car I mentioned an issue with charging and how it shorted out my charger and would no longer charge. I was in for a software recall, but I knew based on the behavior it would need more work than just the recall. That same day I received a call saying the car was ready. I asked if the charging issue was resolved and was disconnected. I called back and asked them to verify it would charge. They discovered it would not and sent off for the part. Over the next week I called once per day to get updates on an ETA. It was really hard to get a hold of someone - often calls were unanswered or transferred then dropped. I did finally get the car back a week later and all has been good, but I think communication should improve to give daily updates on issues like mine that take time to fix. More
