We were in Orlando on vacation and about to begin our trip back to Pennsylvania when our check engine light came on for our Sorento. Not knowing the local area, we contacted Greenway East Kia and they gr trip back to Pennsylvania when our check engine light came on for our Sorento. I was treated with respect, got a decent trade in allowance for my car. The only critique I have is that the advertised price should include the “Recon Fee” which they attach onto the advertised pric allowance for my car. That impacted the monthly payments goal I had in mind and caused me to put a larger down payment than I had planned to. Great service, only thing was when they quote you, they don’t include the charge to “get rid” of the supplies used on your car and for “documentation storage”.
