Buying my car was a great experience. The oil change was awful. The guy The checked me in was rude. Did not give good direction. When asked to pay I was asked to go around the corner. Both a ‘new’ (3,000 miles in) vehicle. There were couple outstanding issues - 2nd key was not delivered, tire had a staple and they promised me a new tire, leather had a scratch and they t There were couple outstanding issues - 2nd key was not delivered, tire had a staple and they promised me a new tire, leather had a scratch and they told me they will ask someone to look. Also I trade-in a Mazda (leasing) after they confirmed they would buy my car. I got a call from Mazda two weeks later to tell me I had to return the vehicle at Mazda. It took me a month to get the other issues fixed. They sent me the finance paperwork after almost a month, odometer reader declaration said 16 miles (instead of 3,000). I hope everything is coming to an end now but I’m still waiting on information to make the 1st payment. More
