Set-up shuttle service prior to the service date. Upon arrival, the Service advisor stated the recall work would take no longer than 45-60 minutes; but, the vehicle was brought out 2.5 hours later. The salesman was A+++, but the tricks this dealership uses to get more $$ out of you are shameful to say the least. These people think we are dumb. Greenway Ford adds about a $1000 to the price for LUXCA uses to get more $$ out of you are shameful to say the least. These people think we are dumb. Greenway Ford adds about a $1000 to the price for LUXCARE PROTECTION. I continously said I didn’t want it & the finance person said that its already on the car, then they tried to sell me insurance to which I said NO so they offered to take the $1000 of LUXCARE out if I took the insurance. (I thought it was already applied? So, is it applied or not?) I refused the insurance & when I got home to revise the paperwork carefully they had added the $1000 to the finance without even asking me. Now I’ll be paying for this LUXCARE for years, smh. In reading the small print they said that I accepted this protectant. I felt like taking the car back. Using these scams should be illegal! Finance dept tricks buyer into getting stuff they don”t want and they don”t give you the option of getting hard copies of paperwork. They gave me a drive that I had to get home to insert in my computer. Horrible way of doing business! More

Sales guy was helpful. I was very disappointed with the finance department. I had financing set up through my personal credit union but instead of working with my credit un I was very disappointed with the finance department. I had financing set up through my personal credit union but instead of working with my credit union they shopped my credit to their own banks (several even though it wasn’t necessary) and even though I specifically told them several times not to go through their banks because I already had financing set. I ended up going with one of their banks because the terms they proposed happened to be decent and my credit getting pulled multiple times was already going to drop my score… I didn’t want my credit pulled again and take another hit. It would have been best for me if I was able to stick to my original plan and go with my credit union. I ended up getting hooked up with another credit union just for a car payment. I’m going to refinance with my credit union as soon as possible which shouldn’t be necessary. More
