Waited almost one months to get my SUV back. It had a recall on a transmission cable part which was not in stock, had to be ordered. The part was delayed and then the transmission cable was faul It had a recall on a transmission cable part which was not in stock, had to be ordered. Finally on the day I was told the problem was fixed I came to pick up car and the windshield was cracked and had to be replaced. Finally 2 days later I had the SUV back in my garage. More
Took way too long for a works oil change 3 + hours. Made appointment and feel it shouldn’t be 3 hours to do a works oil change. Either scheduling too many to close with available techs.
