I bought my Ford Explorer XLT in 2006 and I have taken it to have it serviced always at Greenway Ford. I've had the privilage to be assigned to Henry Pimentel as my service advisor!!! I cannot say enough about how professional, caring and helpful Mr. Pimentel has always been towards me and my car!!! Whenver I have had to leave a message for him he always responds back to me in such a timely manner and he will accomodate his schedule to fit mine whenever I have had to take the car in for a service or any issues relating to the vehicle. He is the kind of person that goes above and beyond to help you no matter what the situation may be relating to the car and I have had a few. Be sure that Mr. Pimentel will find the solution to getting your car serviced and I have always left feeling very pleased with the service and outcome of my car. My car gets it oil changed every 5000 miles and he works so hard to get me in and out. As far as I am concerned, Greenway Ford should be proud to have someone like him working for them!!!!!! Nick was great he tried to get my daughter and I a good deal. They worked with me in order to get it financed. We even had lunch at the little cafe in the service area and the food was good and those working there were both friendly and courteous. Initially I called in reference to an advertised Yukon XL Denali. I received a return call immediately from Rich. He was not in the evening my husband and I went in to test drive the vehicle. We did not have an appointment, but called 10 minutes prior to arriving to see if the vehicle was still available. Gaylord was literally pulling the SUV up for our convenience when we arrived. After test driving it I felt it was a little too big for me, so he showed us a couple of Navigators and we test drove one. At this point I was very confused. I liked different things about each one. It was quite evident that Gaylord's main focus was finding what we wanted and not just making a sale. He was more than willing to locate anything we might be interested in and have it brought onto the lot. He made a point of telling us that his goal was to get us into the vehicle that would best suit our needs, and that he would do whatever it took to make us happy. My husband was dreading the shopping process from past experiences. Normally if it's not on the lot the salesperson loses interest and is just pushy. Gaylord, on the other hand, wasn't concerned about how much work it was going to be to locate a vehicle. He just made it clear that he would gladly do whatever it took to get the vehicle that was perfect for us. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and true concern for the customer.
