I have been a loyal customer of Greenway Ford even before it was actually opened. I was a custtomer from when the dealership was located on Colonial and Semoran boulevard. I have purchased 6 fords and one lincoln Continental in the last 20 years. I own four ford vehicles and all the service is performed by Greenway. I am extreamly satisfied by the service that Mr. Pimentel because he listens to my needs meets my demands and is always willing to go the extra mile to work with my busy schedule. He knows I am a busy person and that I take care of all the maintenance issues of my wife and girls vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership and Mr. pimentel. I recently took my 2005 Ford Explorer to your dealership for service. I was experiencing some hard shifting with my transmission and my air conditioner was not working. He could not have been more professional. I am an assistant general manager for an auto parts business and I teach my employees daily on how to be as courteous and professional as Mr. Pimentel has shown. I bought my Ford Explorer XLT in 2006 and I have taken it to have it serviced always at Greenway Ford. I've had the privilage to be assigned to Henry Pimentel as my service advisor!!! Whenver I have had to leave a message for him he always responds back to me in such a timely manner and he will accomodate his schedule to fit mine whenever I have had to take the car in for a service or any issues relating to the vehicle. He is the kind of person that goes above and beyond to help you no matter what the situation may be relating to the car and I have had a few. Be sure that Mr. Pimentel will find the solution to getting your car serviced and I have always left feeling very pleased with the service and outcome of my car.
