After the test drive, Rick took the time to thoroughly explain all the amazing features on the Ford Sync service, and keeping me up to date when he was able to secure the one with all the options I would want. I ended up going with a different make, wanting something that sat a little bit higher than my previous "go-kart", but did not hesitate in bringing my boyfriend by to see Rick so he could upgrade his car to an F-150, which he's been in LOVE with ever since.
