Very Disappointed I recommend no one buy a car from Greenbrier Dodge. My car was sent there to get the ABS light checked and I was told that it was corroded and that m I recommend no one buy a car from Greenbrier Dodge. My car was sent there to get the ABS light checked and I was told that it was corroded and that my warranty would not cover corrosion only if the ABS module was broke would it be covered. I was quoted $1099 to fix the problem. I had my doubts about that so I took it for a second opinion how about the second shop that I took it to found that the part had not a speck on corrosion on it and their mechanic along with the inspector that the warranty company sent out took the entire ABS module apart and found no corrosion the warranty company covered the part and fixed my ABS module. I was asked by the service advisor and technician if I wanted the part cleaned and I asked them to please do so however I was informed by the service department of the second dealership that they were certain there was nothing to be cleaned because there was no corrosion in the first place. I went back to Greenbrier Dodge to let them know what happened and asked for my diagnostic fee back of 80.00 because clearly the lied to me and I have yet to hear back from Tommy Thompson which is supposedly the person who is in charge. Please if you want good quality service from honest people do not go to Greenbrier Dodge because you will not get it there. More

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT Always undermanned in the service department. Took 6 trips for them to find a hole in my tire then decided they couldn't fix. took 2 hrs and 45min to Always undermanned in the service department. Always waited 10-15min just to get someone to wait on me because they were short handed. Took my car in to get just the oil changed, express lube and oil, and was told short-handed. Just left then they sent me an email to tell me I missed my appointment. had damage to my fog light due to road debris and took it in to get fixed. replaced fog light, but I later saw seal around light was just hanging, took it back in and they told me the seal won't stay because the bumper had a tear underneath. Why didn't they tell me that when I first brought it in? I ended up using elephant glue to fix because they were incapable of figuring out how to use. Will never go back. More

Not Your Average Car Buying Experience I came to Greenbrier Dodge with the expectation to just look at a truck to find the model I was interested in. Of course as you walk a lot, a salesman I came to Greenbrier Dodge with the expectation to just look at a truck to find the model I was interested in. Of course as you walk a lot, a salesman comes to greet you and sell you a car. Naturally, I do my best to avoid these guys. Surprisingly, Aaron was amazing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and truly seemed to care about what I was looking for rather than trying to sell me what they were tying to get off the lot. During the test drive, Aaron was able to extensively talk about the features of the truck that the average consumer wouldn't think to ask, which is great for me because I don't think of questions until well after its too late. As we returned, we talked numbers and the math just didn't line up for me. He spent the time to discuss best case/worst case options and went to his manager. Together they worked to find something that I could work with monthly and I walked away with the truck I wanted. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience!! More

I hate to judge based on appearance, but I should have seen the whole pushy salesman thing coming. He continually led me on and charged over the asking price for the Journey with the options I wanted. Finally, we get to a price I would agree then, and then when we get to the finance office, the price went UP! To my surprise, after hours of negotiations, they would still give me the price from before. A tremendous waste of time at this devious and dishonest dealership. More
