They cleared the codes for me and sent me on my way. Friendly, courteous, efficient and reliable. I will definitely go back to this dealer if I have problems while visiting my daughter. Do Not Go Here! What a disgrace to all dealerships! "Absolutely The Worst Service " 9-24-2016 My appointment was at 9:30. I left shortly after 4pm when my aunt came to pick me up. A waist of time "Absolutely The Worst Service " 9-24-2016 My appointment was at 9:30. I left shortly after 4pm when my aunt came to pick me up. A waist of time and money. MY RATING = 0 The service area is not knowledgeable, lack communication but I have to say Ed the sales manager was the worst. 3 times there in one day for the same problem 3rd time being when I had to be towed back from the side of the highway 2-3 miles from dealership. Car still isn't fixed the 3rd time. No offer of a loaner car or payment for a rental I spent over 7 hours there for a simple everyday repair battery or alternator it's not rocket science. Then Ed has the nerve to ask me if I want to buy a new car. Are you kidding me.. I just spent 30 minutes in a dangerous situation on the side of a highway because of your service dept but not according to Ed though that was my fault let me tell you I grew up with 4 brothers and I know more than Bill knows your so called certified mechanic. Any mechanic worth his salt knows if it's a bad battery or alternator. I had my car towed to real professionals that will get it right and won't have me out in harms way stranded on the side of the highway. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. There is definitely something shady about this dealership. What a shameless place. Old truck had great service I own a 2002 Dodge Dakota that I bought from a used car dealer on Little Creek Road 3 years ago. A little rough, but far better than the ones that co I own a 2002 Dodge Dakota that I bought from a used car dealer on Little Creek Road 3 years ago. A little rough, but far better than the ones that come from the northern states where winter salt / chemical treatments just eat up a vehicle. Got a used car inspection first at Greenbrier Dodge before making my decision, which didn't scare me off. Bought it and for several months no problems. But I had some random issues that started showing up that I nor a few other service centers could isolate. Turned out to be a slight head gasket leak that took well over 500 miles for a misfire to appear and any coolant loss to be measurable. But the truck always ran fine and those symptoms were so rare and random. 3 out of 4 shops could find nothing wrong and the one that got it right had initially found nothing wrong, so I was chasing my tail for over a year trying to figure it out. But that one shop got a hit on a block test the second time they did the test several months later. The truck never failed a pressure test, but I finally decided to get a head job done anyway. The shop I chose also found nothing wrong, too, but they kept the pressure test hooked up for an extended period of time just to be sure and eventually it did lose pressure. Got that shop to do a head job that solved the misfires and coolant issue, but it introduced another problem they couldn't figure out (told it might need to just be "driven out"). Eventually took it to Greenbrier Dodge who figured it out right away. The complete fix was a little pricey because they will use MOPAR parts and not the less expensive aftermarket ones, and convinced me to go with a full replacement of all tappets/lifters and rocker arms because it wasn't done during the head job for some reason. So the problem was fixed, truck runs great, and the work is warrantied. But I had to take it back to Greenbrier twice for a couple of small oil leaks that didn't exist before. I was dealing with a service rep named Ari, and he took car of me. When I got the original estimate for the work, he told me about a service coupon to get from their website for 10% off. When I took it back for the leaks, both times he got me in first on the day of my choice, and each leak was fixed for no charge under the warranty. There was no haggling - each instance they just fixed it right away. Ari is a young guy, but I'm sure he's a car guy, too, and not just a service rep trying to hold down a job. He's pretty busy, but always has a great attitude. So I'm grateful they found the problem, wish it cost less, and very grateful they took care of the leaks as quick as they did. Ari's great attitude and the overall service I received - not to mention how well the truck runs now - makes the expense worth it. Finally have peace of mind thanks to Ari and the techs at Greenbrier Dodge. Greenbrier Dodge might not be my first choice for all service, but I would never rule them out.... especially for the tough problems like I had. More

I came to Rob Jones the General Manager first and told him I needed another 300 knowing I could trust him. It's hard to trust someone in the car business and he made me feel like a person today as well as ten years ago, instead of a sale. I know other people in the car business and being in a crunch for time and the picky person I am, I did reach out to others to find me the car I wanted. Only to go back to him because the personal family experience was not the same. Rob Jones handed me over to Casi Maul; which is one of his top employees in sales. Casi delevired the same perfessional experience. They found multiple 300's for me to choose from and Rob found me a better interest rate from NFCU. I walked out of there yesterday with a huge smile on my face and a piece of mind knowing I got the best deal and I was treated like family. I promise, they are the best hands down!!!!!!! More

Screw's missing and parts I paid for not installed. $800 dollars and engine light still on. Wheel well components missing, had to zip strip them when I was i95.
