Worse customer service ever. Took my mustang for service because it was stalling. Michael was the one that was handeling the process. He was very rude. Told me he can only help me by installing parts from t because it was stalling. Michael was the one that was handeling the process. He was very rude. Told me he can only help me by installing parts from the junk yard and that my 2010 mustang was "old" and had no parts available and if i did it there was not going to be any warranty on it . When i took my car back from them it even stopped starting. IT WAS WORKING AND TURNING ON WHEN I TOOK IT TO THEM & WHEN THEY GAVE IT BACK TO ME IT WOULD NOT EVEN START. I am definitely still contacting and filing the complaint in any way there is out there till i get someone to do something about this dealership RUINING MY CAR . Michael is held responsible for ruining my car. I am very disappointed how does FORD not know how to fix a car they made?? And get parts from a junkyard?? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. More
