We hate that we could not meet your expectations, however, this was the first time this vehicle had been in our shop. Also, the vehicle had worked on by someone else, and the wiring was messed up due to another shop working on it before us. We did our best to diagnose and fix the issues, but since your Mustang is a 2010, Ford does not make certain parts for your vehicle anymore. We tried to find the parts for you, and when we were unable to, we advised you to try to find parts either aftermarket or through a salvage yard. Also, we did not charge you labor nor did we charge you a diagnostic fee, we simply charged you for the sensor we put on and for the oil change. You payed $97.98 of a 200.00 dollar bill. We would like to speak with you to see if there is anything that can be done to change your situation.

First of all its disappointing that you're not even telling the truth. you're the one who left me a voicemail to call you on the number you provided and clearly said you guys removed the bumper to trace the wires which you thought was the problem that the car was stalling. Then said the wires were not the problem that it was the PCM giving the wrong signals to the car and YOU clearly offered me to install one from the junkyard that would cost me $564 dollars & with the diagnosis fee + labor everything would round up to $1800 which I told to wait till I do my research and get back to you. You told me to give you an answer monday. When I came to you guys that monday september 27th, You didnt provide me with any other solution to repair it and we're basically telling me there's isnt a way you guys could do anything about it and with the attitude you showed me you guys were obviously declining my service and just charged me for the sensor you put on just not to bother to take it off. How can "anything be done to change my situation " ?? You said it , it was my first time dealing with you guys and you gave a very bad impression & instead of offering to fix the car, you offered me to take labor fees off just to simply get me out the door. It's disappointing that you're not representing FORD in the very best way you should.
