The staff there was so welcoming. The customer service was superior. I was kept aware of the timing of the service since I had mentioned that I had an afternoon appt. I was even offered a loaner car. I paid over 300 and couldn't even get a paper saying what was wrong they just told me by word and couldn't fix it and when I sent a tow truck to take it out there lot the tow truck drive had to call me to te was wrong they just told me by word and couldn't fix it and when I sent a tow truck to take it out there lot the tow truck drive had to call me to tell me my key was lost More

In short, the mechanics did more than what was asked, which would have been fine if I would have known beforehand. a $200 fix turned into a $500 service, and that was after I asked to get rid of most of which would have been fine if I would have known beforehand. a $200 fix turned into a $500 service, and that was after I asked to get rid of most of all of the extra - it would have been almost $900. They said some of it could not be reversed. A heads up that they are needed to do extra than what I asked just would be nice. More

My service was ok. Although I needed to replace all 4 tires trying to sell me expensive tires was disappointing. I did purchase new tires, and I get it Ford is a dealership prices are very expensive for tires trying to sell me expensive tires was disappointing. I did purchase new tires, and I get it Ford is a dealership prices are very expensive for most things I did go online found tires for $400.00 less. Other then the tire scenerio my oil change went well, 1.5 hours wait time was quicker then 3hours as I was told.. More
