I had tried for hours to get someone or authority to speak to before I returned but could not get anyone to speak to. You would think that for the 20 minutes it took To change the oil and the cost of $71 that I Would not have to spend an afternoon returning to get 100% of the job done. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement. There are many places to get auto service done. Obviously since Green Ford did not even make An attempt to make this situation right, you can truly believe that they only care about collecting their money and not about a 4+ year customer Being satisfied. I am satisfied-by finding another place for service. More
The hidden fees: of 1.99 for covid when none of your employees were wearing a mask. Also the fee of 20 for paper work, when you typed in information on a computer. Mr. Kenneth in the service department was SO helpful! 2 hours from home and 2 hours from our destination when the service light came on. Mr. Kenneth made a phone call and quickly had someone run diagnostic hours from home and 2 hours from our destination when the service light came on. Mr. Kenneth made a phone call and quickly had someone run diagnostics to figure out the problem. Luckily, it was an easy fix, Mr. Kenneth had us in and out quickly and back on the road! I highly recommend the service at Green Ford! More
