Clearly stated, when I made the appointment that there was an issue with the doors not locking and that there were other recalls on the vehicle to look into. I accepted the date of the appointment and the approximate time of 2 hours for the repair. Arrived on time at 10:00 a.m. and re-iterated the issue about the doors not locking. Asked for the customer lounge and proceed there. During my time, there a number of customer representatives walking around looking for customers to inform them that their vehicle was ready. At 3:20 pm. I approached the desk and asked about my vehicle. It turns out that the vehicle had been ready two hours prior and I had been informed by text and not afforded the courtesy that others customers were clearly receiving. To add insult to the injury the repair did not include the original complain instead I was informed that such a repair would take two days. I would like to inform you that should this defect cause any injury to the occupants of the vehicle or vehicles within range I will hold your company and the customer service representative legally liable.
