I got the run around from most of the other Honda Dealers in the CLE-Akron area. When I contacted Great Lakes Honda, they were straight forward and were able to meet me at my ideal price. Everyone at the dealership was kind and the actual building was very nice. About a week after purchasing my car, I got a scratch on it and Kristy Rice helped me acquire a paint pen, which is cheaper from the dealer than a place like amazon. More
