Bate and switch I arrived at the dealer looking for a cheap car. There were cars everywhere. They were parked sideways backward and in the way. There were some man I arrived at the dealer looking for a cheap car. There were cars everywhere. They were parked sideways backward and in the way. There were some many cars parked in the way I could barely find a safe place to park myself. It was mayhem. I checked in at the front desk and a salesman quickly found me. I told him what I was looking for. He quickly found me a car in my price range, so I thought. He asked me if I would pay $3,000. I said yes. An hour and a half later I was told by a manager it would take $4,700. A complete waste of my time. While waiting I saw a brand new Accord idling in the lot with no keys in it or anybody attending to it. It ran the whole time I was there. It was still running when I left. Its probably still running! That really makes me want to buy a new car there. More

There was a mix up and they didn’t have my car detailed and cleaned up when I got there today but they took responsibility for the situation and made it right. They devilered a clean car to me at my house when they got it done. Great staff and I would highly recommmend checking them out for your next car. My sales guy was Mike Means and he was a nice young guy and the general manager was nice enough to jump in and help get things right. That is good service for an as is used car so I would imagine that they would really treat you well if you are buying one of the nicer used or new cars. More

GREAT Customer Service! Made buying easy! I did not want to give up my old van. My husband pulled me to look at new ones because, in reality, it was time. The GM set us up with Marcus and that I did not want to give up my old van. My husband pulled me to look at new ones because, in reality, it was time. The GM set us up with Marcus and that was it! Marcus was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the Odyssey and was able to show us the features we wanted to see quickly and with confidence. He took his time with us and I feel that he listened to what we wanted in a van. He didn’t take us “straight to the top” as far as the models go (which is something we had expedited when shopping another dealer). He made us feel comfortable and made the process easy. We enjoyed him so much we sent my parents to him the very next day and they purchased a CRV with his help. Gavin Lake’s staff is top of the line and put us in very good hands. We will be back (maybe just for the hot chocolate for the time being....we plan on having this van for a VERY long time)!
