NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE We went to buy a Odyssey and had done tons of research on them. This place had at least 3 that we were interested in. We called ahead and told th We went to buy a Odyssey and had done tons of research on them. This place had at least 3 that we were interested in. We called ahead and told them which ones and what time we would be there. We were told that they had them and would have them parked waiting for us. It was a Saturday so we knew they would be busy. We got there and was seated at the salesman desk. We waited for an hour, while we watched him help others. He finally came to us and told us that he couldn't find any of the ones in their inventory. They ended up having us test drive a van that was listed above our price range. It was nasty dirty and had brake issues. When we got back we asked if they planned to fix it. The salesman stated that the brakes were ordered and they would be fixed on Monday. When the manager brought the purchase agreement, the purchase price was $3,000 more than listed online. We were told that it was due to the cost of servicing it and the brakes had already been fixed. The salesman tried to get us to buy or lease a brand new Odyssey. We said no and we never saw him again. The manager tried to press us to buy the used one. By that time, we had been there for 2 and half hours. We walked out and found that they had moved our van and pinned us in with their cars. I went back in and asked them to mover their cars. They never did. We had to inch our way out. I would never recommend this place. More
