Aside from Jason, this Honda place has a good atmosphere. Workers there are very friendly. Before getting my new car, I was overwhelmed with the repair cost of my old car prior to getting a new one. This happens and I continue to enjoy my new Honda CR-V. This car has a nice red color with leather seats, a sunroof, and heaters for front seats, etc.

After several days of back-and-forth you guys stepped up. As of right now everything is being handled. We expect to get the car back in a few days with everything is taken care of. I just found out from my wife that her and her family are personal friends of Mr. Wong, his father and even his grandfather. Her grandmother worked with Mr. Wong's grandfather for over 25 years. Unfortunately it's a shame the original conversation when my wife called 10 minutes after leaving the lot went so badly. When you spend that much money on a vehicle emotions get in the way. I've adjusted my review but customer service was horrible I could not change that. I greatly appreciate you reaching out. I want to thank you and your company again for making it right!!!

You are Very Welcome, But you have a very good staff, which makes you an A-1 Dealership. More dealers need salesman like Mr. Mencini who really connects with people personally. Hopefully if he has an evaluation coming up because he deserves some kind of BONUS Or Raise, he definitely deserves one !!.
