The only negative that we have is that the car only came with one key and no key fob for the keyless entry.If we would have known this before purchase we would have negotiated it in the price.It took several trips from our house in Gatlinburg Tn. to knoxville Tn. and a total cost of over $200.00 for the key, key fob and programing, plus the fuel and time involved.We were frustrated because when we bought the key we weren't told there would be an additional charge for programing the key that we bought from the dealership. That being said they did give us a discount on the programing of the key and the key fob. Our experiance would have been better if the car would have come with 2 sets of keys and a key fob for the keyless entry that came with the car.I guess the next time we will ask questions about keys and not assume that because we were buying from a dealer that the car would have 2 sets of keys and a key fob for the keyless entry that originally came with the car. Very easy buying experience. Both salesmen I dealt with were very professional and friendly. The assistant helping one of the salesmen, Hannah, also very helpful, professional, and friendly. We drove from Sylva, NC to purchase a car from Grayson because Seath had gone out of his way to get the car we wanted at the price we were willing to pay. When we arrived and met with Dennis, we could have not been more pleased. He is a great person and very professional. I can not remember the name of the finance person, but while he was professional, had he been the first contact with Grayson, I would have bought somewhere else. I found my used car on-line and called Grayson's and worked out the details of the deal on the phone. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful. I would NOT recommend coming here. I came in sweats because I didn't feel like dressing up the day of my visit and it literally took 30 minutes before someone came and said hi to me. We bought a used car with hail damage. We were told the cost to repair the damage would be around $2,000 to $3,000. The next day, after we purchased the car, we had an estimate and it was $7,000. We were told that the estimate might go down in a few months. We feel we were taken advantage of. Grayson already recievd a check from their insurance company, probably for $7,000 or more. Then they make us feel we are getting a deal and have us believe the repairs will only be $2,000. They made an extra $5,000 by leadind us to belive the repair would be much cheaper. This is not the way to get repeat customers. We called the very next day after purchase to request to turn the car back in and get our trade in back. This request was denied. More
I was looking at new cars in general, not intending to buy that day. I had test drove the Kia Sorento and then test drove the Outback.
