TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BODY SHOP: Regarding BODY SHOP: The staff was for the most part friendly but that is about all the positive comments I can make. The issues included: 4 days Regarding BODY SHOP: The staff was for the most part friendly but that is about all the positive comments I can make. The issues included: 4 days to get an appointment for an estimate; 10 days to get an appointment for the repairs; Was not ready when committed (twice and I had to call to follow-up to find that out both times); the first time we went to get the vehicle it had a glob of paint in the area that was supposed to be fixed; The second time we went to pick it up (after it not being ready again when promised), the same area still had a blemish so we left it again; A third time it was not ready when promised but when we picked it up they had finally done it correctly. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BODY SHOP! More

Work isn't worth the pay. I brought my car in for a diagnostic test. My radiator had to be replaced. It was very expensive and the labor is expensive as well. I call and speak with Patrick Pippin, who was my rep. as I paid for my car he was as friendly as can be. Once I call asking why my car is over heating he can't give an explanation.. He was so rude and would not let me speak. I am highly dissatisfied why my experience. They are trained to work on these cars. More

If you want to buy Subaru, I strongly recommend you avoid this dealer, they always break their promise. They are NOT trustable, PERIOD. You can go to big city to buy one. I don't have time now, I will give the worst evaluation whenever I can see GRAYSON SUBARU later. More

Best place to buy a car! My husband and I researched tons of vehicles before we decided a Subaru would be the best. Once we decided on that we emailed a few dealers including My husband and I researched tons of vehicles before we decided a Subaru would be the best. From most of the dealers I got a response of a copy and pasted webpage and a copy and pasted paragraph stating prices, links to pictures, etc. Not from Grayson. Sydney emailed me back an actual email! She was fast to answer any of my questions and extremely personable. We sent around 20 emails in a six hours period of her just giving me information and answering questions. She was not at all overbearing or 'pushy.' She was laid back and sincere. I was so impressed that I drove from Chattanooga to Knoxville. I pasted at least two Subaru dealers in the way. It was all worth it. The service was great start to finish! When I arrived she knew what I wanted, test drive it, did paperwork, and I was on my way. Great service, great price, great promotions, they have it all. Sydney was also very knowledgable and was able to give useful information and tips! NO COMPLIANTS!!! More
