Wishing I hadn't felt pushed by general manager. My salesman Brian was great. I'm sorry to say once the lease option was presented to me it seemed it was out of his hands. I'm so sorry I felt intimidated by the general manager to sign on the dotted line without seeing other cars. Wishing to exchange for leather seats but now a three year wait. I love that your closed sundays and that mr. Grayson is such a man of integrity. A fellow Christian 🙏🏻 More

I was tradi The website states that the deal can be done over the phone. This started out to be true. I was interested in 2010 Nissan Frontier XE. I was trading in a 2012 Hyundai Veloster. I told the salesman That I was driving 2 hours away. The price of truck was 10999. On the website it says price includes processing fee, but tax, tag, and title not included. It also states that NADA value is 11800. This is important to a buyer when negotiating numbers because the NADA value is what most banks use to determine financing amount. I had no reason to confirm this amount because I trusted the dealership and figured everything to be true on their website. I went to bank to get preapproval letter and they ran NADA on it and it was 11050 not 11800. When I got to dealership I started by looking at truck the side had a dent in it and the rear bumper was pushed in on one side. None of this disclosed. During initial conversation, I provided my VIN so the dealer could get history report on my vehicle, which had a prior fender bender prior to me owning it but fender had been fully replaced before I purchased the car. However, none this was hidden during negotiating the numbers on initial phone contact. When I pointed bumper out to salesman. He replied,"your car had one accident on carfax history." He continued, "that bumper can be bought cheap on eBay." Again, I have no problem replacing a bumper but disclosure during negotiating prior to driving 2 hours is important during a sale. Then I get to salesman desk and ask how they came up with 11800 for NADA value because that is what bank bases their decisions on. He laid the sheet on desk and they made a mistake and put in SE instead of XE when determining value of the car. Again this is an important figure in negotiating as well as financing a vehicle. The salesman ask me why I drove all the way from Rogersville if I knew the NADA was only 11050. It seems a dealer would be appreciative for out of town business. Instead I felt like a child being corrected by a parent. As I look at the deal sheet I point out that the 498.00 processing fee is included in price per the website. The salesman said that is true but we showed you more for your trade. I said that is not honest. I said now we have 750 difference in NADA value, 498 processing fee, and then I ask him what the 249 accessory fee is. He replied that is an anti-theft etching done on the vehicle. This is not disclosed on the site where the car is advertised. It is not on any paperwork prior to negotiating to make the buyer aware of such a charge. Also if it is not required by law then it should be an option decided by consumer or included in price of car not blindly listed in hopes consumer does not catch it. The etching was never mentioned nor the charge for it until I saw it on signed deal sheet. The salesman did warn me if the dealership changes the hidden charges or misadvertised values then the value of the trade will change which was already pre-negotiated. All I ask for was them to honor their website advertisements and inquired about hidden fees and undisclosed damage. As I tried to explain my frustration the salesman said, "I don't understand what your saying, you are going around in circles." Do you know how disrespectful and insulting this is to a person not to mention a consumer. I have never felt so unwelcome in a dealership before. It was like they were doing me a favor by selling me a car. This will be 33rd car I have owned. I am not new to the business and I have seen some amazing dealerships, I wish I could say the same about this one. More
