Very Poor customer service I am a 55 year old person who had a very poor customer service experience at Grayson. In all the years i have been involved in buying new cars i have never been verbally assaulted by a salesman like i was at grayson. Very unprofessional i am in customer service and if i did that to a customer i would be fired no question asked . Based on that and the things they tried to get my niece to agree to at this point i would never recommend anyone to buy a car from them at all... P.S. I have also reported this to Hyundai More

Grayson Hyundai Provided a Great buying experience We are loyal Grayson Hyundai customers. We have all our service done at Grayson. We keep our cars until they have to be replaced. We have a 15 year old Elantra and a 9+ year old Sante Fe. The Sante Fe was totaled when we were hit by a dear on the interstate (otherwise we would still be driving it). The process of buying our 2017 Tucson couldn't have gone any smoother. Chris Packard was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and explained the features of the vehicles we were considering. He was also very patient as we tried to decide between an Elantra and a Tucson. The actual process of negotiating the price was handled very professionally and with no games. Financing and explanation of options on extended warranties was an easy process. Our Tucson was delivered with a full tank of gas and Chris explained everything to us and helped us sync our cell phones to the car. We also had a meeting with him one week after we received the car and he answered all the new questions that we had. We had a great buying experience at Grayson and highly recommend Chris and Grayson. More
