They sold me a 2013 ram 1500 for 13,000 dollars. I hav not had the truck for 9 months an I need to replace the engine...... already???? Please know that this business will have no problem selling you a vehicle that is dangerous. Yes, the car I purchased ended up having major safety issues. WARNING! The sales manager told me that once they receive a trade-in that they DO NOT look at that used vehicle AT ALL before they put it back out on their lot to sell. HIS EXACT WORDS. Do not assume that just because this is a relatively large dealership that they will be more safety minded and ethical when it comes to their customers. I learned some very painful lessons here. This was the WORST ENCOUNTER with a dealership that I have ever experienced in my life. These same "wonderful" people before the sale showed absolutely no concern nor empathy after the sale. They just gave me an empty canned response. Fact of the matter is that once they got my money they did not care. This dealership could have had a customer for life, but now I will never set foot on the grounds of this business again. Did I mention that I fall in the 800+ credit score club? Now, I will make a point to warn as many people as I can about their concerning practices based on their own words. Everything worked out for me (thank God) after I met some incredible people at another dealership. Believe it or not, there are still one or two car dealerships out there that are somewhat trustworthy. Do your homework. Please be careful out there everybody! More

Terrible Service Dept I bought my Crosstrek in Nov of 2018. I have yet to get into this dealership for service since no one answers phone calls whenever I try to call. I bought my Crosstrek in Nov of 2018. I have yet to get into this dealership for service since no one answers phone calls whenever I try to call. Most recently, my console lid started to show a defect. I sent an email to the dealership manager and then I finally was able to speak to a rude service advisor. I was told my console lid would be ordered on 6/19 and I would receive a call when it arrived. Here we are 7/8 and I haven't heard a peep from anyone. I tried calling to check and wasn't able to get through. I sent an email to the service advisor and the manager again and no reply. This dealership needs to work on communication better. If I was interested in buying a car, I'll bet someone would be answering the phone. More

Our salesman, Terran Stuart, was knowledgeable about all models, listened attentively to our requirements, answered all questions and was able to help us clarify the right model for us. We chose a 2019 Elantra. Terran and his manager, Rick Culotta, were gracious and professional throughout the whole process. We got an excellent deal and already know we made the right choice. We have had our 2016 Sonata serviced here for three years and are looking forward to dealing with this exceptional service department for our new car. We highly recommend the Hyundai brand as we beleive it is the most car for the money, and highly recommend Grayson Hyundai, Terran Stuart and Rick Culotta based on our outstanding purchase experience.
