After reading these reviews, my experience with Grayson makes a lot more sense. My salesperson was a nice kid and the managers make the decisions, but I found every part of the deal they attempted to struc makes a lot more sense. Obviously dealerships are in the business to make money, its just a shame that dealerships like this one can't be more honest about how they do it. This place was full of xxxx from the point of first contact. Its very obvious they have a good understanding on how to rip people and take advantage of them. Ultimately, I bluntly and openly pointed out their b*llxxxx and chose not to do business with them, but its sad they're so clearly ok with doing business so dishonestly. At this point, I'll happily pay a bit more from their competitors than do business with them, although its pretty obvious it won't be difficult to get a better deal at a different Hyundai dealership anyways...
