I told him after looking at vehicle and going over pricing,that I wanted to wait and speak with her, when she returned. She listened to him and the pricing he gave,and stated she wanted to wait. I agreed with her, to give us time to look over and think about a $39,000 purchase. I sent him a text today,letting hm know I decided on a Toyota vehicle out of courtesy. This man replied back to me, to buy American and support the economy,which I have no issue with. What he sent next,was so unprofessional and appalling,I would never ever buy from this dealership!! He sent a text,stating that in his home,his wife does not dictate what he buys, he is the "Accountant/Manager/Guide in his home" I wish I could upload the text with his cell attached to let everyone see. This man,has no right to be so arrogant in trying to put me down,because I believe in including the woman I love in making decisions such as these. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS MAN,because if he doesn't get his way,he will send you a nasty text message. Shame on GRAY CHEVROLET for allowing this type of behaviour from an employee to a prospective customer. More

I've never bought from the same dealer more than once, until now. This is my 2nd consecutive time at Gray Chevrolet, and plan to be back next year. More

My key FOB stopped working consistently and we had previously lost the other spare one, for my year old Malibu. Service Department took me without an appointment on a busy Friday, near lunch time. They said it would be fit in a first chance They explained to me other customers who had appointments and vehicles to fix were first, which seemed more than fair, but clear. They offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant and to call when ready or they would call with any updates. They would fit it in and it likely involved re-programing, which takes time. They could not correct the malfunctioning one but got it replaced under warranty, asked me if I wanted a spare (with a discount) which they had in-stock and both could be programmed at same time. By the time I returned from my leisurely Friday lunch the car was near set to go, they were giving it a quick check-over plus and clean too. They apologized for the delay (wasn't true) and couldn't have been more thorough from start to finish. A first class experience from all etting me on my way for a good weekend trip that could have been an issue unable to lock my car. More
