They said it would be fit in a first chance They explained to me other customers who had appointments and vehicles to fix were first, which seemed more than fair, but clear. They offered to drive me to a nearby restaurant and to call when ready or they would call with any updates. They would fit it in and it likely involved re-programing, which takes time. They could not correct the malfunctioning one but got it replaced under warranty, asked me if I wanted a spare (with a discount) which they had in-stock and both could be programmed at same time. By the time I returned from my leisurely Friday lunch the car was near set to go, they were giving it a quick check-over plus and clean too. They apologized for the delay (wasn't true) and couldn't have been more thorough from start to finish. A first class experience from all etting me on my way for a good weekend trip that could have been an issue unable to lock my car. More
