Service department was efficient and thorough in its response and handling of the repairs needed

Everything was great. Just what we expected. It was a long wait but expected it for what we had done. Ron is exceptional! So far all our experiences have been good.

Michael did a great job in helping out during the process, and was very professional. He took the time to show me some of the important car features which was very helpful.

I complained multiple times about losing engine coolant. I was dismissed every time. One time I was told that I'm good as long as the light doesn't come on. Every time I took my car for service, I asked to make sure everything was ok. Every time I was assured that the car was in tip-top shape. Now my head gasket is going bad . The most horrible service possible. I got dismissed because I am a woman . And what do women know about cars, right?! Zero stars all around
