Before this dealership, I met with many sales people from many dealerships and did a lot of research. Thanks to Mr. Graziano, I found the perfect truck at the best price possible. I feel that I am a tough sell but this dealership, the inventory, pricing and sales rep (MR. GRAZIANO) were a perfect match for my vehicle purchase experience. I am a stickler about quality & I feel great about this purchase, the sales person, Steve Graziano and the dealership. The dealership personnel are genuinely polite, personable, organized and knowledgeable. Thank you for going out of your way to make sure I was happy. I WILL REFER ALL AAMIK CRANE CUSTOMERS HERE FOR THEIR TRUCKS/VEHICLES! More

I was told there was a problem with the thermostat and "newer" cars are much different than older models. Well after changing the thermostat (a repair that parts in any auto parts store would have cost $20 and 25 minutes for labor) I was charged $411, and I still have the problem with the "Message Center". I will never go back to Gray Chevrolet or recommend them for anything. More

My warranty was supposed to cover power train, engine, transmission and take care of a rental if one was needed. I brought my car into Gray because the check engine light was on. The service department told me they needed my authorization to open up the timing chain cover. I asked if this was a covered item under the warranty and was assured that it would be. I gave them my okay, and took a rental car. After a week and a half he told me that Zurich came and denied the claim but assured me that he was going to get another opinion and that it would be covered. Another week and a half went by and the same adjuster came out and denied it again. If you wanted a second opinion for a illness, would you go back to the same doctor? Zurich is a hoax. They deny ALL claims. I recommend that no one buy a Zurich product ever. I called Zurich a number of times and got the run around. With no satisfaction I ended up paying over three thousand dollars including the rental car for a job that should have cost eight hundred dollars. Once again, NEVER BUY A ZURICH PRODUCT! More
Excellent customer service We purchased a Chevy Impala from Gray's Precertified Used Car division for our son who will be commuting to Penn State (Dunmore) this fall. While we We purchased a Chevy Impala from Gray's Precertified Used Car division for our son who will be commuting to Penn State (Dunmore) this fall. While we did not drive the car very much, we noticed that the car squealed when turning the steering wheel. I took the car into Gray for service as the car was still within the two month warranty period only to find out that the warranty was only for the powertrain, which we were not told at the time of purchase. Turns out it was the rack and penion that needed to be repaired at a very high cost which was not only shocking but upsetting as we specifically purchased from the Gray's Used Car division because of the advertised percertified guarantee. AT the time of purchase we actually questioned what precertification meant and was told that it meant that the car had undergone all points check and that everything was good on the car and that we would have nothing to worry about. Needless to say, we had to go beyond the service division to speak with the original sales person and then his manager, Wes. My wife and I are especially grateful and appreciative of Wes's decision to service the car at no cost to us. We are grateful that Gray Chevolet stood behind it's Precertified Used Cars Program. We have told several of our friends and posted on Facebook about Gray Chevolet's excellence in customer service. We are happy, repeat customers. More

All of my work was completed according to my Cadi warranty, and Britney had me out the door in 28 minutes, so that I could get to NYC to see my dad in the hospital, Thank you Britney, you are the best. Brought my 3500 Dually diesel in... needed 2 new key fobs programmed, a state inspection, and I experienced a very slight shimmy every now and again. The key were bare (blank) and the Prior Owner had lost programmed, a state inspection, and I experienced a very slight shimmy every now and again. The key were bare (blank) and the Prior Owner had lost them. So I knew it'd be $50 to have the dealer program them (and it was $50 exactly). The inspection was good, and passed. Then I was told that the tranny needed serviced (OK, its an Allison, and it should be serviced every 50k miles, the truck has 83). They then told me BOTH filters needed to be replaced. NO, that's NOT true. They went on to say the spin on filter had to be changed, but they also had to drop the pan to change the internal filter. Allison's OWN recommendation is that NOT be done until you need to rebuild the tranny, usually over 200k miles. Ok, so the shimmy? Well obviously it wasn't a tie-rod, or other front end component (as that would fail the truck for inspection)... so the SOLUTION was to "rotate the tires and rebalance." OK, it's 6 tires, so what price for this? $482. We called a local franchise service station, and they quoted $120 to rotate 6 wheels and align the truck. I think the dealership was overcharging, and recommending unnecessary work. I am VERY disappointed. I dunno why I thought the dealer that would not work with me to BUY a truck would work with me to SERVICE a truck. Yes I drove 600 miles to find a dealer that knew what a truck that tows looks like. I went to this dealership and was helped by salesman,Micael S.George Sr. He assisted me with looking at a 2014 Chevy Impala. I was there, with my fiance, and she left while we were looking. I to salesman,Micael S.George Sr. He assisted me with looking at a 2014 Chevy Impala. I was there, with my fiance, and she left while we were looking. I told him after looking at vehicle and going over pricing, that I wanted to wait and speak with her, when she returned. She listened to him and the pricing he gave, and stated she wanted to wait. I agreed with her, to give us time to look over and think about a $39,000 purchase. I sent him a text today, letting hm know I decided on a Toyota vehicle out of courtesy. This man replied back to me, to buy American and support the economy, which I have no issue with. What he sent next, was so unprofessional and appalling,I would never ever buy from this dealership!! He sent a text, stating that in his home, his wife does not dictate what he buys, he is the "Accountant/Manager/Guide in his home" I wish I could upload the text with his cell attached to let everyone see. This man,has no right to be so arrogant in trying to put me down, because I believe in including the woman I love in making decisions such as these. DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS MAN,because if he doesn't get his way,he will send you a nasty text message. Shame on GRAY CHEVROLET for allowing this type of behaviour from an employee to a prospective customer. More
