Eric was not "pushy" and didn't pressure us. We had a young new salesman who broke the standard on the typical salesman by not being overly pushy and not pressuring us for things we didn't want. After I was married, my husband and I have owned/bought for our kids - a Toyota, Buick, Isuzu, Kia and Hyundai. Each car was well over 10 years old before we donated or sold them. As such, we are very familiar with many car companies and their sales practice. In 2017, I bought my first Subaru. Love this SUV….so much so that when my husband was considering a car, I encouraged him to look at Subaru’s. He is now the proud owner of a Subaru as well, …because of Brian Kochnower. Brian is the sales associate everyone should request. He has the experience to know that a successful transaction for both parties is not about sales or selling. Brian assists a buyer find a vehicle, while creating a pleasant ownership transaction process. After listening to our concerns over an unpleasant experience we had with another car dealer in the past, Brian carefully matched us with a finance team member (Scott) who was professional and trustworthy. We bought our (second) Subaru because of Brian. I recommend all who are car shopping (especially for a certified pre-owned) to make an appointment with Brian. Paul encouraged me to take a test drive because there had been changes over the years. Once I started to drive it, I felt the difference. It was larger than my old one and it just didn’t feel right. It felt too big. He encouraged me to test drive the Crosstrek. I loved it. It was a little smaller and felt more comfortable driving. I wound up purchasing the Crosstrek.
