All the employees are gracious, and do their job beyond normal standards. Stephanie (IIRC) is a gracious presence in the front. We were fortunate enough to have Tom Cali as our salesman. His intuition for our needs, and soft mannerisms were the deciding factor in our closing of the sale. I used to be a salesperson, and I've always been critical towards any other salespeople due to the nature of the business, but Tom Cali has the experience and wherewithal to navigate the process with you, while maintaining professional transparency. Another, slightly more personal point to be made: the credit of both my wife and myself is below spectacular than what is expected of future car owners. However, Ray worked for 2 days, dedicated to find a bank that would take us. One could say that "that is his job," but he could have also just told us to find another car. I was sold on the 2017 Forester Touring, and he was beyond dedicated to make sure we were approved regardless of the circumstances. All in all, there are likely very few places that will maintain this standard of professionalism, dedication, service, timeliness, transparency, and warmth in any industry. I would expect this type of service in a 3 michelin star restaurant (I'm in that industry) and this is now the golden standard for me. TLDR; if you're looking for a car, just take the trip, it'll be worth your time. More
