My husband and I picked out a 2017 crosstrek Subaru online and went in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle, we were hustled over to Frank , I asked him to show us four or five cross treks that online and went in with the intention of purchasing a vehicle, we were hustled over to Frank , I asked him to show us four or five cross treks that were pre-owned, he didn’t know how to do a proper inventory search and hand me the mouse, . After selecting a few cars he handed me keys without asking for my license and told me to go outside and beep the beeper until I found the car, and he added if it wasn’t on this lot he would drive us to the lot it was on. He was truly clueless, we politely left. How does a professed 12 year car salesperson not 1. Know their inventory and the location of it 2. Get the vehicle for the customer test drive (especially in the rain) 3. Know product knowledge or use computers I understand it was busy, but we had a set appointment and he might have been having an off day. The manager should have intervened and offered assistance. Buying a car is a commitment and should be treated as a high value purchase. We felt as if we were on candid camera. More

I went into Grand Prix and was interested in a 2020 Forester Sport and was greeted by Phil. He was so patient with me as I told him that this was my first time test driving or even looking for a new/us Forester Sport and was greeted by Phil. He was so patient with me as I told him that this was my first time test driving or even looking for a new/used car. He sat with me for an hour plus discussing what I wanted from my purchase and made me feel incredibly comfortable. We test drove three different vehicles to see what I liked best. He was realistic about everything from the vehicles to finances. I didn’t feel pressured to make a decision in that moment that I would possibly regret in the future. He actually encouraged me to really take my time and find what I really liked. When I returned the next day, he sat with my mother and I and went through everything again, even test driving another vehicle. When I made the purchase, I didn’t feel as though I was manipulated or cheated. I felt that Phil truly wanted what was best for me and my pocket. He even walked me through the process of getting insurance, making sure that everything was the way it needed to be. I’m glad that I met Phil at the dealership that day! Would absolutely recommend him anytime. He made the intimidating act of buying a car easy. More

I went on Grand Prix Subaru's website and fo Subaru. After leasing my last several vehicles, from Mazda to Chevy, I decided it was time to purchase. I went on Grand Prix Subaru's website and found a preowned Legacy. It looked great and the price was right. I made an appointment, went to the dealership and purchased this car all on the same day. And I LOVE IT!! Working with Phil was wonderful. He was extremely personable, telling us his own experiences with Subaru, and explaining their reliability and value. He was a true gentleman. My overall experience was so pleasant, such a difference from the last car I leased. I most definitely will recommend Grand Prix Subaru to my family, friends, and anyone else who asks me. Thank you!! Very disappointing. Called and made appointment on a specific used vehicle for first appointment next day, being that I had to drive over 1 hour to get there, only to get there and be told that it was s specific used vehicle for first appointment next day, being that I had to drive over 1 hour to get there, only to get there and be told that it was sold. At least have the courtesy to let the customer know it was sold. Unprofessional More
