I originally came here in 2020, younger and terribly nervous. Left without finalizing a deal. I especially found this true on 5/26/22 when I came in for an oil change and asked for help with the map update for my Crosstrek. I met Joe Iucci and he offered to take a look. The map update was not very simple, Joe needed to take several steps to complete the process. He even purchased a new flash drive when the program wouldn't load to my drive. He went above and beyond!! I am still overwhelmed and thankful with the level of kindness and professionalism that Joe provided.
