I was very pleased with our experience at Grand Prix. We had a wonderful salesperson - Roy Warner - who made us feel comfortable and confident in the car we bought. We dealt with a few other employees at the dealership, but must say Roy really made this deal happen. He was very keen on making sure we were satisfied and content with the car and the price we received. Throughout the process, he was very patient and answered all of our questions. He adds his own personal touch to the sale he completes - from showing us the car to putting on the finishing touches before we drove it out of the lot. Thank you Roy for a wonderful job! I went to a few other dealers before coming to Grand Prix. I was discouraged by the bait and switch and outright lies from the other dealerships. Kevin was honest and straightforward. I purchased my 2003 Subaru Forrester (new) at Grand Prix Subaru and have had all service work prerformed at his dealership. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my experiences with Grand P Subaru and have had all service work prerformed at his dealership. I have been completely satisfied with every aspect of my experiences with Grand Prix Subaru, Service advisor, Michael J. Puccio, manager Emanuel (Manny) Salierno, and the many mechanics who have worked on my Subaru. I often ask what work needs to be done (time for brake job, tune up, etc.) and am usually told that all is good, no such work is necessary at this time. I'm offering to purchase service and being told that it's not necessary. Grand Prix Subaru and Michael J. Puccio are not trying to take my money and sell me service(s) that I don't need. When I did, just recently, require expensive service. Michael J. Puccio contacted Subaru and arranged a 50/50 split that cut my bill in half. But Grand Prix Subaru went beyond that and themselves (thanks to Michael J. Puccio and Emanual(Manny) Salierno) picked up the ~$270 worth of scheduled maitainence service that was required. As a result I paid half price for a head gasket replacement and nothing for lubrication, power steering and emmisions service. I am most certainly a thouroughly satisfied customer who will recommend Grand Prix Subaru to everyone. In conclusion I must note my tremendous gratitiude to Michael J. Puccio who has always done a superb job and who, in this most recent case, went beyond the call of duty with Subaru and Emanuel(Manny) Salierno to save me great expense. Sincerely, Mark A. I went to Grand Prix Subaru to compare the RAV4 to the Forester. I was impressed with the Forester, but bought the car because of the exceptional treatment and courtesy I received from the salesman, Davi Forester. I was impressed with the Forester, but bought the car because of the exceptional treatment and courtesy I received from the salesman, David Del Vecchio. From the minute I started talking to him, the entire process seemed to be about "me." As an older woman, buying a car by herself for the first time in her life, David made the experience as easy as possible. I was never told that the car I was interested in would "not be available" if I didn't buy immediately, as I had been told in other shops. David allowed me the time to think about my decision without typical sales pressure to buy, and went over my limitless questions time and again. He treated me with patience and kindness and very good humor. He brought in his manager, Kevin at one point, and Kevin too treated me gently. I am positive that David treats all of his cutomers well, not just the geriatric ones! I feel lucky that he was available as my salesman when I walked in. I recommend going to this dealership and especially working with David Del Vecchio. PS--I like my car too! :) More

Upon meeting our salesman Mr.Fredderick Clever we felt comfortable and confident that we would be entering a good, long term relationshi reputation. I searched the internet for Subaru Outback and found out Grand Prix Subaru and Bay Ridge Subaru (my co-work had bad experience with Bay Ridge Subaru) had the car I want. I called Grand Prix Subaru, the salesperson was friendly and answered all of my questions. When I called back next day to get the price, I was told the car sold yesterday. She helps me to find another car. Even she did not find another car I want, I still highly recommend this dealer. I end up had to buy a car from Star Subaru. The car which I pickup from Star Subaru last night has the same VIN as the car that posted on Grand Prix website inventory and window stick shows that the car was delivered to Grand Prix Subaru. I do not understand that why the manager allows other dealer took the car while a potential buyer is in the “show room”. More
