In the nine years I have been dealing with their service department the professionalism and quality of work performed has always been beyond exception. In the past I have owned General Motors, Honda and Acura vehicles and have dealt with their services departments respectively, suffice to say they don't come close in measuring up to the performance standards set by Grand Prix Subaru. Every once in a while when I am out and about, people approach me and ask how I like owning and driving a Subaru, my response to them is "that it is a great vehicle to own", but I also tell them if they are interested in purchasing a new Subaru to patronize Grand Prix Subaru because they offer competitive pricing and their service department is excellent. In summary the things I appreciate about Grand Prix Subaru is their exceptional service dept, every other oil change free, the use of a free loaner vehicle if you require one and last but not least if your vehicle requires any kind of repair it's fixed right the first time around.
