I purchased my 'new' 2001 Subaru Outback Limited from Grand Prix Subaru in June 2001. My vehicle as always been serviced by Grand Prix Subaru. In the nine years I have been dealing with their service dep Grand Prix Subaru in June 2001. My vehicle as always been serviced by Grand Prix Subaru. In the nine years I have been dealing with their service department the professionalism and quality of work performed has always been beyond exception. In the past I have owned General Motors, Honda and Acura vehicles and have dealt with their services departments respectively, suffice to say they don't come close in measuring up to the performance standards set by Grand Prix Subaru. Every once in a while when I am out and about, people approach me and ask how I like owning and driving a Subaru, my response to them is "that it is a great vehicle to own", but I also tell them if they are interested in purchasing a new Subaru to patronize Grand Prix Subaru because they offer competitive pricing and their service department is excellent. In summary the things I appreciate about Grand Prix Subaru is their exceptional service dept, every other oil change free, the use of a free loaner vehicle if you require one and last but not least if your vehicle requires any kind of repair it's fixed right the first time around. We chose to buy a Town and Country mini van and we found this dealership to have the best prices. We chose to buy a mini van with a nice media package and were given many options to choose from. We love the mini van and have already gone back for an oil change and the service was once again outstanding. We have recommended this dealership to many of our friends and would not buy from any other dealer. More

This is THE WORST, MOST HORRIBLE, DISHONEST dealership you can imagine. JUST AVOID IT IF YOU WANT TO STAY OUT OF TROUBLE!!!!!!! REMEMBER THAT NAME - GRAND PRIX JEEP CHRYSLER SUBARU DEALER IN HICKSVILLE, you can imagine. JUST AVOID IT IF YOU WANT TO STAY OUT OF TROUBLE!!!!!!! REMEMBER THAT NAME - GRAND PRIX JEEP CHRYSLER SUBARU DEALER IN HICKSVILLE, NY, ON 500 SOUTH BROADWAY. READ MY STORY AND STAY AWAY FROM THEM.Here is my story! I am an international student and from the first minutes I felt that I was treated and judged me badly, just for the accent and the fact that I am a young woman, student. Plus this was the first car I bought with financing, so I had no idea what hidden traps were waiting for me. They ripped me off in a very smart way: first I said I want Jeep cheeroke and I had nice price for it, then I get the phone call saying that the deal is FINE, CLOSED and all is ok! The next thing is me going there and they asking me to sign the documents. Now- the best part of all!!! While I was signing they told me that my cheeroke was too much money for my salary to finance so they give me liberty for 12k. They showed me only one liberty and said that this was the only car they can give me. So without drive test at all, they sold me the the car that I had no idea how it drives. When they took the car out of parking I saw that the tires and the metal part of them were old and scratched all over. The car was driving badly when I was putting it on 4 wheel drive option, it literarilly was stopping while backing up with the steering wheel turned even a bit. The car was not 12k but 17k plus tax (with all the certification, hidden fees and warranty) and they gave me more than 17% loan!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!plUS AFTER i BOUGHT THE CAR ALL OF THE SUDDEN OUT OF EVERYBODY BEING MR NICE GUY STARTED ACTING LIKE THEY DON'T CARE ANY MORE. But here is the BEST PART COMING!!!!!!!!! Since I am an international student (5 year degree) I do not have to have US driving licence. I drive on international licence and NY state learners permit-legally. So about one month after I was driving the car, they call me and tell me that they need to see me for some small detail, just to finalize the selling of the car. I was wondering what it was, but ok- if your dealer calls you and says you need to be there in 30 minutes you go if you can, don't you???? So I go and they say I need another kind of agreement since the bank is fussing about my lack of US licence,(but all is going to be ok) even though it is perfectly legal to drive here this way. The person asks me for the car keys and tells me that he needs to check the odometer to sign a new agreement. So he goes to my car and comes back with the box of all my things from inside the car and says that the car is taken away from me and that HE JUST FOUND IT OUT!!!!!!! So the bank said no to the international licence. But isnt't there another way of doing things instead of lying?????? When I confronted him he ADMITTED THAT HE LIED TO ME IN ORDER TO BRING ME TO DEALERSHIP with my car and to take it away from me!!!!!!!!!!!!! So this is my story and you judge on your own what you think about it and how the dealer deals with the customers. Bu the way- this dealership has 5 star rating in customer satisfaction!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! God save us from that kind of dealers More
