This is our fourth Subaru. We have dealt with Grand Prix all four times. Our last salesman, Jesse Procida passed away. Will Vergez took over for our new salesman, Keith Garvey, (no longer with Grand Prix). all four times. Our last salesman, Jesse Procida passed away. He was so concerned about our needs and the fact that we had spent 3 hours in the showroom one day and two hours another day.He has followed up numerous time to make sure everything was ok. More
This is my second car I purchased from Grand Prix Subaru. Mr. Fred Clever was very helpful in getting the price I wanted for the Subaru forester. Very infortmative and professonal as well. At Grand Prix Subaru I meet with Roy Wander. The first thing we did was take a test drive. There was no pressure and the interaction was great. I am a younger woman and brought my mom with me, Roy spoke directly to me, which was not the case at a previous dealer. When it came to pricing Roy proceeded to work the number about 5 or more times till we got to a price I was comfortable with. Roy also made a suggestion for a factory order to get me everything I wanted and still keep me in my price range. I went with the factory order witch took longer then expected but I just picked up my new Subaru Legacy yesterday and could not be more happy with it. Roy also took the time to show me all the features and answer any other questions I had. The rest of the sales staff was also very friendly and helpful when I went to sign the paperwork and pick up my new car. I have recommended and will continue to recommend not only Grand Prix Subaru but Roy Wander @ Grand Prix Subaru. More
I have, in the past, leased two Jeeps from this dealer and recieved excellent service, but not this time. As a returning leasee I fully expected to pick up a fully prepped and ready to go Jeep, not to be and recieved excellent service, but not this time. As a returning leasee I fully expected to pick up a fully prepped and ready to go Jeep, not to be the case. I arrived with a family member to pick up his new Jeep and mine and found that his was not ready to go, we had to attach the liscence plates our selves afer finding mounting clips, as the clips on his car were broken. The Jeep was not properly washed, the window stickers still attached, the service mats were filthy and still on the floor, the passenger side mirror was deeply scrathced and had to be replaced, which meant a trip down the road to the service department and another hour of waiting for replacement. My Jeep was not to be found no one knew where it was, not in the prep area not on the lot. One hour later it was found at the service area without the foglamps installed. Did anyone call me to inform me it was not resdy to go, did anyone bother to inform me the foglamps are on backorder, does anyone have a clue as to when the lamps will be in and installed? The answer to these questions is an emphatic NO! And now for the subterfuge,upon arriving at the service building I inquired with the parts dept. as to when they think the lamps would arrive, and the answer was when they are made we can have them. I was sold a product that does not exist, Jeep does not make them yet because the wiring harness is different now. The Jeep had thirty miles on the odometer, and I know it is less than six miles from the storage lot, then I find the cup holder is full of dried coffee and scratched up, the radio was set at an extremely high volume, so was this Jeep used as a demo or did the dealer employees use it for coffee runs, either way I was sold a used vehicle.The sales person did not bother to demonsrate any of the features, or nuances of the Jeep. When these issues were presented to the sales manager I was met with argument and resistance. So if you ask will I be back as a customer or will I ever recomend this dealer to friend or family, I say the answer lies in the speed and quality of this dealers response to the problems at hand. More
