Automotive and financial knowledge are not my strengths so walking into a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do. Will Vergez walked me through every little thing, explaining terms, pointing out so walking into a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do. Will really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what I was buying and the accessories I wanted. We took a long test drive and he talked me through all the buttons and gadgets in the car. Will never pushed a car, an accessory,or a deal at me. He just laid out all my options and let me make the decisions. Once my decision was made, he went over it again so I was sure of what I was doing. He made follow-up calls to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I love my new used car and I loved working with Will. He's every car-and-finance-challenged person's dream come true.
