Automotive and financial knowledge are not my strengths so walking into a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do. Will Vergez walked me through every little thing, explaining terms, pointing out so walking into a car dealership is my least favorite thing to do. Will Vergez walked me through every little thing, explaining terms, pointing out disadvantages and advantages, trying his hardest to make sure I understood what I was being told. Will really took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what I was buying and the accessories I wanted. We took a long test drive and he talked me through all the buttons and gadgets in the car. Will never pushed a car, an accessory,or a deal at me. He just laid out all my options and let me make the decisions. Once my decision was made, he went over it again so I was sure of what I was doing. He made follow-up calls to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions. I love my new used car and I loved working with Will. He's every car-and-finance-challenged person's dream come true. Also, the dealership itself is very clean and organized. The receptionist notices you right away and gets you the help you need immediately. My mother and I visited several other dealerships before coming to this one and none seemed to be as helpful or knowledgeable as this one. Our salesman, Michael Monteforte, worked with us to find a quality vehicle at a fair price. After showing us several new and used cars, I finally decided on the new Impreza. Though it was a little more expensive than the other vehicles, Michael worked with us and spent a lot of time figuring out what would be the most manageable finance plan. Though we had to wait a day or two to hear from the finance department what our official monthly rate would be, when we did hear from them, the numbers almost exactly matched the numbers Michael came up with, which made our experience that much more comfortable. I would certainly recommend this dealership and would recommend Michael Monteforte as a sales representative. More
