Adam was one of the nicest down to earth guy I've ever met. Very, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. What I really liked about Adam was he wasn't just a salesman, he was a Subaru enthusiasts too, really knows what he's talking about. After I bought my 2012 WRX Adam called me twice on separate occasions to make sure everything was going smoothly with it. I would have no problem recommending anybody looking to purchase a car to him. More
I had a fantastic experience at Grand Prix. Adam Michaelson worked incredibly hard to locate me a 2013 Impreza. I was looking for a 5 Speed and a very specific trim and Adam was able to get the car Michaelson worked incredibly hard to locate me a 2013 Impreza. I was looking for a 5 Speed and a very specific trim and Adam was able to get the car in only a few days. He was very easy going and super informative. He has a passion for cars and it shows through when he starts discussing his product. His communication skills were second to none. I was able to get in touch with him every time I called and he answered all my questions immediately. I would strongly advise anyone in the Tri-State Area so pay Adam and Grand Prix a visit. Their pricing was the best in the area and I've already referred a few of my family members to the dealership. I've had my car for a few weeks and Adam has already followed up twice with me to make sure I'm happy with the purchase and to insure I had no further questions about my new ride. Thanks Adam! More
GRAND PRIX SUBARU: MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had leased a 2010 Forester for my wife and had a pleasant experience with Kevin Di READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had leased a 2010 Forester for my wife and had a pleasant experience with Kevin Diaz, our sales person. So last week, I went in to lease another Forester for my wife and purchase a 2013 WRX Limited for myself. Let me remind you, I am a returning customer to this dealership looking to get TWO cars.... I walked in and asked to speak with Kevin. I found out he no longer worked there so I began working with James McArthur. After spending a total of 6 hours in the course of two days at the dealership, I thought things were in order finally including $2700.00 for my trade-in. He arrived at that number by researching the VIN number. I came in to meet with James, and upon my arrival, he informed me his "head wasn't right and he needed more time to work out the numbers". Another hour later, James informs me that he has to transfer the deal to another sales woman who claimed she originally sold us our 2010 Forester lease. Clearly, her name wasn't on my bill of receipt and I've never met her before. At this point, I'm fed up and don't care who does the deal. And so the games are well underway.... I then proceeded to meet with Todd, the general manager, in order to work out the details. He proceeds to offer me the WRX at $1500.00 OVER MSRP stating he "needed to make money on the car!! Within 5 minutes, it's $1000.00 OVER. Again, I'm a returning customer. The numbers on the Forester I though were set but I'll soon see I was wrong. Over the course of another few days, I speak with this "Phantom" sales woman whom I've never met before although she apparently sold me a car! She informed me everything was ready to go... Finally, I make it clear to them that I'm dragging my wife and my 2 week old daughter down to pick up the Forester so it would be helpful if everything was in order and ready to go. When we arrive, I finally meet the woman who didn't sell me our last car. The Forester was there and the right model. We sat down with the finance manager and go over the numbers: First of all, the paperwork he has is for a completely different Forester with different options...so obviously, the price is wrong. The sales woman ,who had this two car deal fall into her lap because she caused a stink, knew nothing of the details of the deal and failed to collaborate with the other salesman who was originally helping us. Not only that, my original quoted trade-in value of $2700.00 was now down to $2000.00!! When I spoke to the manager, Todd, he said that James, his salesperson, was not authorized to quote me that price. That seems odd considering it was obtained by simply looking up the VIN number. So picture all of this happening while our newly born daughter is screaming her head off! This was the last draw! We gathered our things and walked out while making sure they knew how we felt. They disrespected our family, our time, and even our safety with a newborn that was prone to infections at such an early age. The funny thing is, no one tried to stop us... Later that evening, I received a call from Todd, the general manager. He apologized for the everything that happened, which was nice. However, he was more concerned with this review that I was going to write unless he managed to wrong the right and make good on what was agreed upon. A week later...., no call or concern which is why you're reading this review. More
Filip helped me find just the right car for my wife to replace her JAGUAR. We knew the basic needs in terms of quality/size/features, and Filip walked us through the various makes available, evaluated eac replace her JAGUAR. We knew the basic needs in terms of quality/size/features, and Filip walked us through the various makes available, evaluated each against our criteria, and then sought our feedback on the test drives. Once we chose the car, we were very pleased with the price and financial deal he arranged. We have had the car for about 4 weeks, and Filip has called frequently to check on our new addition and organize some additional needs we had. This is the 8th or 9th car that my family has bought or leased from GRAND PRIX. The staff is helpful, personable, and they remember who we are when we stop by. Great service, great dealership. More
Anthony did a great job with our transaction as well as Todd the Sales Manager. Their trade-in value of my used car was fair to all involved. Their did a search for the Subaru I wanted (and color) and lo Todd the Sales Manager. Their trade-in value of my used car was fair to all involved. Their did a search for the Subaru I wanted (and color) and located it 140 miles away. Very satisfied with it. The Finance employee did a very good job and was not "pushy" like many are. The extras this dealership offers are great with the VIP program. Got a great car - Imprezza - and now have a great dealership to be with in the future. More

What most impressed me about Adam was his honesty, and the time he took to help us find the exact car we now love. He always made us feel like he enjoyed working with us and he looked forward to seeing us. I also found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru. Since we are first time buyers of Subaru, we found this very important. Even after the sale was complete, Adam took time to introduce us to the service manager and set up our first service appointment. When we picked up the car, he went over every detail to make sure we understood all the features. He seemed to truly enjoy his work and seemed almost as excited about the new car as we were. We had originally ordered a 2012, but were able to get the first 2013 with exactly what we wanted at a great price. We would not hesitate to recommend Grand Prix, Subaru and especially Adam. More
Roy Wander for me, was the best Sales Person I encountered after buy/lease Jeep, Chrysler, Lexus, Honda and now Subaru. No pressure with Roy, next stop is another thing but very calm and professio encountered after buy/lease Jeep, Chrysler, Lexus, Honda and now Subaru. No pressure with Roy, next stop is another thing but very calm and professional. You just have to know your numbers to get the best deal as you do with other dealers. As any other dealers they will offer you lots of deals, bottom line it's all up to you to say yes or no, and they are good with it. They respect your decision. Follow up with Roy was the best, email was even better. After 4,500 Miles I finally decided to make a comment about the dealership. The Service Department was great, appointment was easy, arrival checkin was smooth and greeted nicely. Department is well organized and clean. A good size waiting area, tv, magazine, coffee and lots of bagel. Restroom was unisex but very clean and roomy. Service follow was nice. 1 year free maintenance is great. Took 50 Minutes for 1st maintenance check up. So far this dealer has 10 out of 10 with me. Well make another post on my 10T maintenance check and so on... More
