My first service with this dealership. The dealership I bought from had been sold and I was not happy with the new owners. I would recommend Grand Prix Subaru for anyone thinking about getting a new Subaru. I visited Hasset Subaru previously and was offended by their service. They made me feel like I was interrupting their personal time. They were rude, slow and couldn't answer simple questions I had about the vehicles I was test driving. When I walked into Grand Prix, Roy and the team made me feel welcome, comfortable and confident about my purchase. They took the time needed to find me the exact car I was looking for. Roy has a great personality and was very patient with me. He was a pleasure to work with, and it made the whole experience very enjoyable. Kudos to a great dealership! More

I went to Grand Prix because after I decided to buy a forester, I started researching Subaru dealers to find the one with the best reviews. I have a Subaru dealer less than 2 miles away, but the reviews of that dealer were not that good, so I decided to drive a little further to buy the car. The experience at Grand Prix was way better than I could have hoped. I was looking to trade in my old car as well, so I was concerned about getting a good price on the trade-in as well as a good price on the new car. We met Cornelius, who was friendly, soft spoken and confident. We took a test drive and fell in love with the car. I had already done a lot of research on the car and was sold on the Forester, so he didn’t have to talk us into it. We just wanted a good price. We sat down and talked about the trade in and what options we wanted on the new car. We got a very good price on the trade-in and on the new car. We let them know up front what our budget was for this car and what we wanted to keep our payments to. My wife wanted navigation but no leather seats. This meant we had to go for a premium model with Navigation. I wanted Dark Grey. It was not an easy combination to find, especially with a car that is such demand right now. I knew it was going to take some time to find the car we wanted and we would have to be patient. During that time, they answered my questions, when I had them and kept me informed of how the search was going. I spoke with Joe Delrossi on the phone several times when Cornelius was on vacation and he filled me in on what they were doing to find the car. I was very impressed, and I'm not one to be impressed easily. They found the car and it was exactly what we had wanted. It took only 3 weeks, which was faster than I anticipated. I checked other dealer’s inventory and there were no Premiums with Navigation anywhere! They managed to get us the car and we picked it up yesterday. Cornelius showed us around the car and some of the gadgets we had with it. George schappi, helped us out with the paper work and is a super kind guy who was very knowledgeable and made sure everything was in order. We met with the finance manager Arnie Price, who explained some the programs/warrantees we could get. Normally, I hate this part of buying a car, but he made it painless and informative. We ended up getting the extended warrantee even though I told myself in advance I wouldn’t. I never felt pushed into anything, he just showed me what we can get and it seemed like a good deal. The car itself, is awesome! I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. More

The service manager never called me after the sales associate promised he would. Our 2012 forester is a dud and I believe they knew it was when they sold it to us last November. Sometimes it doesn't even start but service can't seem to find anything wrong with it...of course. So we make our monthly payments of $474 and know that we got tricked. Also received a letter from Grand Prix general manager telling us we could come in and trade in our 2012 Forester and they would pay 2500 over the value, they proceeded to tell us that "it's just not a good deal for us to buy this car back" and sent us on our merry way. I still have that letter in my possession and am debating and toying with what I will be doing with it. No thank you Grand Prix! I WILL NOT Be buying another car from you again - EVER! Update!!! After speaking with the manager Dan Ross a number of times we came to an agreement and my husband and I ended up purchasing a new car. We are happy that we were able to come to an agreement and as always Joe was extremely helpful, kind and understanding. I do appreciate that Dan, the manager, tried very hard to make sure I left from there a happy costumer. Our car was purchased back for a pretty low price and the new car was sold to us at a very high price but business is business and there is very little anyone can do about that. Overall we are satisfied and hope that our new car will last a long time. More

This is my second Subaru leased from Grand Prix and I cannot say enough good things about them. Nichole Mckinney has been outstanding to deal with on both occasions . I needed to get out of my 1st lease a bit early due to the fact that my husband became disabled , and could not get in and out of the outback that I had. I asked if the new forester was bigger. She took the time to give me all the measurements, asked me to bring the wheel chair over so that we could see if it fit in the trunk of the Forester, re- measured the passenger side to be sure he could easily get into it. I was so pleased and grateful that someone would go to all this trouble to help me. She is an asset to this dealership. Nichole also introduced me to her manager Allen Nejelski who was very gracious and advised me to call if there was anything he could help me with. Nichole also introduced me to Arnie Price the finance director who also was very gracious and informative. It was such a pleasure to deal with all of them. We love our new Forester, my 6'1 disabled husband gets in an out of it easily with my help and all is well. I have recommended this dealership to several people and will continue to do so. I'm sixty one years old and I've never experience any business that went out of their way to make their customer Happy. They gave me some extra accessories offered coffee ,bagels etc. They detailed any business that went out of their way to make their customer Happy. I had the absolute pleasure, which I wasn't expecting, in leasing a brand new Subaru forester 2014 from Grand Prix Subaru. It'd been years since I've had to "deal" with a dealership, and Jenna expecting, in leasing a brand new Subaru forester 2014 from Grand Prix Subaru. It'd been years since I've had to "deal" with a dealership, and Jenna and team were both professional and courteous. I called for a quote and was met with a responsive call back, the best price, super nice and down to earth salesperson, Jenna Donnelly. She beat all other quotes I had received, but also insured the quote she gave me was the one she'd honor. Upon going to the dealership, she patiently walked us through 4 different forester models, showing us interiors since we couldn't seem to find a black leather interior. When they didn't have the color/trim I wanted in stock she and her sales manager insured me that they would find it and they did in less that 24 hours. I told her not to run my credit until we secured the car I wanted and she didn't. Jenna was a great salesperson, transparent, responsive and on top of all details as we discussed. When she said she would honor what she originally quoted me, she was completely truthful and stuck to her word. I was nervous through the whole process, expecting to be surprised by hidden fees or being upsold – which never once happened. In fact I got a ton of perks and additions as well as a lot of free services through their awesome VIP program which helps to ensure my car is up to it's highest performance levels. Jenna took the time to explain everything to me which gave me a lot of confidence and trust in her. She even offered to sit with me when meeting with the finance department (Arnie who was also great and not forceful, but kind and personable). She called the insurance company for me, put the plates on the car, sat with me in the car explaining every detail. When her entry to change the clock wasn't working an associate came over and adjusted it in a flash. I also met a few of the service guys. It seems like a family there, and now I feel a part of it as well. I felt totally 100% taken care of the entire process. I can't say enough great things about this dealership, and am excited to go back for service! So far, my first Subaru experience has been wonderful and I love my forester so far! if you are considering a Subaru, do yourself a favor, and go see the fine folks at Grand Prix! You will be happy you did. More

Each time I've dealt with Raymond, I found him to be a very professional, concerned and effective Advisor. My service work has been routine in nature, but Raymond addresses my issues as if they were of a critical nature. He's like the doctor who wants to stop the bleeding before it results in a loss of life. His mantra is, tell me what you feel or hear, he'll then follow up with questions or a brief explanation as to possibilities to determine if we're on the same page before writing up the RO. This is very reassuring, as I've seen Raymond interface with other customers, especially the elderly or those who have stated they're not technical with the same approach. Thanks Raymond for your service and always letting me feel as if I'm your only customer or this is the car your mom will be driving after it leaves Grand Prix. More
